Here's what we can offer:

• A community of cool, funny, and queer performers and other burlesque lovers who make The Cat Eye Cabaret what it is

• Guestlist for all of our shows (4+ each year)

• Social events with the whole collective

• No money yet (but if we continue growing, which you would be helping with, maybe someday!)

Here are the tasks we will need you to do:

• Set up and facilitate processes for group decision making, since we work as a non-hierarchical collective

• Take responsibility for the concept of each show including the theme, vibe, aesthetics, atmosphere, and group acts- this can and should also be in collaboration with the other artists of the collective

• Be able to choreograph the group numbers and work with other collective members who wish to choreograph

• Create run orders of shows

• Create mood boards for every group act

• Ensure group cohesion, collaborative spirit, and collective artistic growth

• Ultimately take responsibility and hold authority for all artistic decisions and processes.
